the room was really good. it featured a comfortable bed i enjoyed. the staff were helpful with any request i had. there was many restaurants in the hotel. they offered a wide variety of cuisines. i will visit here again.

the ac wasnt quite cold enough in the public areas. it was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff addressed all my needs with speed. i found the housekeeping perfect. My room was always refreshed. the bell service was efficient. My luggage arrived quickly. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Lalu and Prakash carefully checked my room. The front desk staff helped me get a view of the Burj Khalifa. I am very happy I had such a wonderful experience. Shorya Pal and Vinkal offered splendid service from the room service team.

The check-in process was a DISASTER. When I returned at night, the keys were not ready, and they were unaware of my bags.

Really good Amenities and Service

Lalu and Prakash double-checked my room, appreciated. Front desk staff assisted with my request for a Burj Khalifa view. I found the room service by Shorya Pal and Vinkal particularly splendid. They were quite attentive. They enhanced my stay through their dedication.

The lobby was occasionally noisy. This slightly detracted from the otherwise luxurious atmosphere.

the breakfast was delicious with a vast variety. the staff was always willing to help. the hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious.

the driver demanded extra money that was never discussed beforehand. this felt dishonest, damaging the hotel's reputation.
