warm welcome room upgrade welcome sweet strange sounds music banging noise level
i found the service and hospitality at the reception quite good. they acknowledged my status and gave me a very warm welcome. my room was upgraded, and a welcome sweet was left on the table.
i stayed on the 9th floor and could hear strange sounds and music. it seemed to come from the hotel nightclub and it was really disturbing. i didn't feel comfortable at all with the noise level.
