the resort provided multiple entertainment options for kids. my children enjoyed the water park, entertainment zone, and club safari. the food served at the restaurant was amazing. the beach offered a neat, clean space.
the sun bed situation was an issue. guests reserved beds early with towels and then left for breakfast. almost nothing was available later and this was frustrating.

the hotel offered good food variety , and i found the in-room dining affordable and convenient. i appreciated the kitchen staff , especially chef ning and chef pok , for their excellent service.

the hotel is situated close to a wonderful , large white sandy beach. this is ideal if you enjoy beach activities and sunbathing , and it is easily accessible from the resort.

I was impressed with several aspects. The hallway scent was quite appealing. The entrance projected a luxurious ambiance. Staff members were REALLY helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a scenic view.
The restaurant option complexity created slight confusion.

The resort features a MASSIVE private beach with clear waters. Multiple pools are available . They offer both relaxation and recreation. A lazy river winds through the hotel for leisurely enjoyment.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness, addressing our needs promptly and courteously. Housekeeping maintained high cleanliness standards throughout our stay. Their diligence ensured our room was always tidy. Lifeguards were vigilant, ensuring safety at the pools and beach.

uneven stay, some issues
staff attitudeshower mold
i find some of the staff attitude was not great. some waiters seemed unhappy. it was not so pleasant to experience, especially at breakfast where smiles seemed rare. also, our room had some cleanliness issues. i saw mold in the shower area and i feel this is unhygienic.
