clean room good job awful location many loops
the room was clean i will say. the housekeeping team did a good job, even with the hotel having some flaws.
the hotel location was awful. i had to take so many loops just to get to and from the hotel, it added unnecessary time to every trip.

professional team super clean room polite staff
Aijaz and Nirmala. supervisor Mr Ramzy. The housekeeping team always kept my room super clean. The staff were polite too, it was discreet. The effort from the team.

the bedroom had complete equipment. The room cleanliness was perfect. Each corner was super clean, and attention to detail existed.

a supermarket existed in the hotel basement, so it was very useful. Access had a few issues, so taxis were needed. The hotel is in a good place

unprofessional staff subpar communication
the check-in process was cumbersome and the front desk staff looked unprofessional. their communication was subpar and lacked the cute attitude expected. despite assurances about a special experience, none of the promised amenities, such as a room upgrade, were prepared. disappointingly, the staff informed me that they could not issue a refund for the unused night, even though i had not requested one.
