awesome hotel with good service!

professional staff large territory excellent service

this hotel have so many good staff and the outdoor territory is vast. i think their service is the best. i also appreciate that the room i stayed in had all the comforts i needed. was very spacious and well-appointed. the buffet breakfast each day really catered to everyone's needs and was fresh. i recommend it!

i found that no one took a shower before using the pool and jacuzzi. i was surprised that some people entered the pool with clothes. the hygiene was not maintained.

the hotel included a newly opened waterpark that is great for families. the indoor courtyard is very nice. also, i think the elevators were very efficient, because no waiting time was needed to use them.

light space comfy sofas excellent service

The staff at the market cafe were great. faiz, prithesh, rajeev, hasnath, dipenty and adi took good care of us. the club lounge was open and a lovely light space with comfy sofas. the spa attendants, kamal and raju, welcomed us back and provided excellent service. They are a real asset to the hotel.

the drop of hygiene standards was very disappointing, especially concerning the pool. both my children developed skin allergies and rashes after swimming. i worry about the pool's cleanliness.

long waiting time disservice experience

the bags were brought to the room quickly. check-in was easy.

the breakfast was added to my points, but it was said that it would take 15 days. i think that is too long. i also was not happy about waiting that amount of time. it was a disservice.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The gym amenities were excellent. It was well-equipped and maintained. The valet service was smooth, and the staff there were friendly TOO! I found check-in and check-out fast and efficient.

The hygiene standards in the pool area seemed a little low. I hope they address this soon.
