The staff were friendly and efficient. The gym amenities were excellent. It was well-equipped and maintained. The valet service was smooth, and the staff there were friendly TOO! I found check-in and check-out fast and efficient.

The hygiene standards in the pool area seemed a little low. I hope they address this soon.
