I love the friendly staff and their quick service. They really cared about my comfort. the room's cleanliness impressed me. Everything felt so fresh and new. i found the proximity to the metro convenient.
the gym was a little small.

the staff responded quickly and effectively to all requests, even when i asked for extra towels at odd hours. they provided helpful information about local attractions and transportation options, and this made my exploration much smoother. everyone i encountered had genuine smiles and a willingness to assist, and it was awesome.

My room included crisp, clean linens and a comfortable bed. I slept like a rock. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it maintained a cool and pleasant temperature throughout my stay. the bathroom sparkled, and its modern fixtures added a touch of luxury.

the hotel provides a 24-hour front desk, and this offered peace of mind no matter when i needed something. free wi-fi was consistently available throughout the building, and this allowed me to stay connected easily. luggage storage was available and super useful before my check-in.

the hotel is near a metro station, and this provided easy access to all parts of the city. several restaurants and shops surround the hotel, and this made it easy to find meals and necessities. it safe area walking around the area at night too.

staff was always VERY helpful to us. the breakfast was satisfactory, and we ordered tasty food from room service for dinner. i want to specially thank mr nadeem, the reception manager, HE was very kind and helpful.
wifi IS almost not working, just can connect but after it's very slow.
