the staff were always helpful. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. the location IS convenient if you want to be near the airport. shuttle buses to the mall saved on taxis.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!

I loved the complimentary transfers to Dubai Mall. The convenience was amazing. The breakfast buffet impressed me. Everything tasted fresh. The rooftop pool was a highlight. It's heated and provides a great place to relax. I really enjoyed my time here!

The hotel is near a busy highway. There was some traffic noise.

The staff were very cute and professional. They were always helpful. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I really appreciated their friendly approach. David in particular were very good.

The rooms are super clean and well-equipped. They include everything you could need. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to key locations. This is very convenient. There is also a nice rooftop pool available.
