i really liked the hotel service. they addressed every question i asked. the room's air conditioner worked great, and the bathroom was a good size. the staff were friendly too.

the noise early in the morning was disruptive. the room was near some storage, and noise started around 6-7 am, which wasn't ideal.

the location was perfect for my needs because i had an early flight. the hotel is super close to the metro station for getting to the city center in 30 minutes. the bus station is also nearby which is convenient to get to the airport in 30 minutes.

The staff demonstrates true kindness and willingness in assisting with all needs. The room features a nice size and felt cleaned perfectly. Public transport is available, including tube and bus routes. I found free parking available, a really good bonus.

The room provided seemed small, a bit less space as expected. There was also noticeable noise early in the morning, maybe starting around 6 or 7. These noises made me difficult to rest fully. I wanted a more quiet atmosphere.
