the hotel's location near the central train station was a real plus for getting around. the room was quite spacious, especially considering i was in a single room, it felt comfortable (just what i needed!). i found the breakfast to be good with a satisfying variety of choices.
i missed having an iron in the room and found the lack of laundry service a bit inconvenient. it would have been great to have these available at the hotel, especially for longer stays.

the breakfast offered a good selection with various options to choose from, including fresh pastries and fruit. i liked the coffee machine, it made a really good cappuccino. the breakfast area was clean and well maintained.

my room included a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, everything was in proper working order. i had no problems with noise from other rooms or outside (that's always a bonus!). the room was equipped with basic amenities and the temperature was easily adjustable.

My stay, it began promising. The hotel sits quite near the station, very convenient. My room, a Single Room, seemed tidy at first. I noticed the room felt quite small, this impacted my comfort. Plus, the noise from nearby rooms was disruptive, I could hear everything.

I found the location convenient, close to the central station. The breakfast had a GREAT selection. I especially enjoyed the variety of fruits and cereals. My room was very clean and WARM, I rested comfortably. The staff was friendly and always available to help with directions.
I noticed the walls seemed a bit thin, allowing some noise to travel between rooms.

My stay encountered few issues. the room was smaller than expected. the soundproofing was subpar. Noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep each night. a better room i hope for next time.

the location was convenient near the main station and the metro station. a few stops on the metro took me directly to the duomo. my room was kept very clean and i found it a good size for a single traveller. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful
the air conditioner in my room did not produce cold air effectively i found it somewhat stuffy as a result

the front desk provides excellent service and the breakfast staff are attentive the staff accommodated luggage storage needs after checkout they also facilitated an early check in when the room was ready.

breakfast features a good choice of items well presented the hotel offered alternatives when wifi connectivity was poor in my initial room mini-fridges are included in each room for storing drinks and snacks.
