Really good comfort and convenience

The room was very spacious (it exceeded my expectations). The hotel offered complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, a thoughtful touch. I also found parking in a secure garage nearby for a reasonable daily fee of fifteen euros, really convenient.
The distance from the hotel to the city center required using Uber at times (twenty euros each trip).

The front desk service was good. A guy checked me in and provided useful information. My room featured large size and nice decoration. The bathroom was also large, and the shower had strong water pressure.
The hotel seemed understaffed. I saw only one person managing everything. The air conditioning was broken in one of our rooms. The front desk gave us a floor fan as a solution.

I found the hotel a little understaffed. The air conditioning in one of our rooms was broken. The front desk offered only a floor fan as a solution.

we found some problems upon arrival. the air conditioning in our room was broken, and it was very hot. they only offered us a fan and no refund for the inconvenience of the broken air conditioning.
