metro proximity dining recommendations great breakfast
The hotel's proximity to the metro made exploring easy. Staff offered helpful recommendations for local dining when my first choice was closed. The breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).
The tram tracks near the hotel created significant noise. It was hard to sleep because of this noise at night.

main tram line delicious breakfast
My room was near a main tram line, so getting around was easy. the breakfast included a restaurant. It was really good each morning!
the walls seemed very thin, and i could hear conversations in other rooms a bit too clearly.

friendly staff complimentary drinks powerful shower
i found the staff helpful and friendly. the room included complimentary water and soft drinks in the minibar. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the powerful shower it had
the breakfast could use some improvement regarding the quality of the eggs they smelled a little off

breakfast offered a buffet selection with mainly sweet pastries however the coffee was very good. the hotel makes much publicity about the availability of a bar and restaurant but it was closed during the weekend

tram access hot food
The hotel location allows fast access to the Duomo by tram. The breakfast offered choices for hot food, including bacon, sausages, eggs, and mushrooms. I was pleased with the variety. The beds are comfortable.
The elevator was old and creaked quite loudly.
