The hotel's proximity to the metro made exploring easy. Staff offered helpful recommendations for local dining when my first choice was closed. The breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).
The tram tracks near the hotel created significant noise. It was hard to sleep because of this noise at night.

My room was near a main tram line, so getting around was easy. the breakfast included a restaurant. It was really good each morning!
the walls seemed very thin, and i could hear conversations in other rooms a bit too clearly.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the room included complimentary water and soft drinks in the minibar. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the powerful shower it had
the breakfast could use some improvement regarding the quality of the eggs they smelled a little off

The hotel location allows fast access to the Duomo by tram. The breakfast offered choices for hot food, including bacon, sausages, eggs, and mushrooms. I was pleased with the variety. The beds are comfortable.
