The buffet breakfast had a wide variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The Loddi metro station is a short walk, about five minutes, from the hotel entrance. I found the underground car park very convenient.

the wi-fi didn't work very well it was frustrating. the paid parking was also expensive at 35€ per day i wasn't happy with that

I received an upgrade upon arrival and got a room overlooking the garden. The room was quiet. A GREAT benefit after long days. The bed was the BIGGEST I have ever seen!!!

bernie, the concierge, was warm. he arranged a dinner with a amazing view of the duomo! the hotel accommodated my oat milk request and remembered my preference. everyone from reception to dining staff were kind.
Some cosmetic repairs are needed. I noticed the photos online didn't entirely match the actual rooms.

The restaurant serves italian food, including fabulous cocktails and snacks. I loved the best taste of italian food and wine. the breakfast offered many choices including fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, and scrambled eggs.

The staff are friendly. They are very helpful and kind. the concierge was very kind and gave super energy and super tips about trips. i really felt cared for . I really appreciated their attention.

i found the advertised spa and wellness offerings quite misleading. the saunas were out of order. there were no massages or treatments available. the rooms were described as soundproofed, but noise was a problem, particularly in the mornings.
