The staff was helpful. They answered my questions directly. My room featured a functional exercise bike. The breakfast had many options available, including gluten-free ones for particular needs.
I found that the pillows provided were not comfortable for proper rest. I would've preferred better quality pillows.

I was disappointed by the room temperature. i could not control the temperature in my room. i had to ask staff to adjust the heating. opening the windows was my only option if it became too uncomfortable. This felt very inconvenient. i also found the breakfast rather limited. It could have included a larger variety of options.
