i secured a great deal! the location is super central, near the duomo and via dante. the hotel is modern and clean. the wi-fi worked very well, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver!!!

The location is a dream! it was close to the main attractions i hoped to see. the receptionists were super friendly! the hotel was clean and modern. It really was like a romantic getaway.

The room did smell a bit like sewage. it seemed to come from the shower plug, and that wasn't ideal. the view was terrible too. It was just not what i imagined. the sensor for the automatic light in the toilet had no timer, so it blinked on and off, quite annoying!

the room was not clean upon arrival , and i found this unacceptable. i had expected a higher standard of hygiene, and the lack of cleanliness detracted from my overall experience. this issue needs to be addressed to improve guest satisfaction.
