Acceptable Stay with some ISSUES
tram noise random lighting
The room was clean. it was acceptable.
I HAD some issues . The noise from the street was problematic. The hotel's proximity to the tram tracks made it difficult to sleep well at night. the lights in my room would turn on randomly, even in the middle of the night. This was quite disturbing.

unhelpful receptionist twin beds
the rooms were fine, i guess. they was clean.
the receptionist i meet wasnt helpful at all. she forgot i was waiting for a room early in the day. the toilet kept filling after i flushed it. the beds were two singles pushed together without a topper so i seemed like i was sleeping in a crack all night.

a generally decent experience
smooth ac helpful staff late check-in forgetful receptionist
the rooms are beautifully appointed. the ac works smoothly. farid at the front desk was helpful whenever i needed assistance. the beds are quite comfortable.
I stayed for a few nights for business. i got in from the airport fairly late. the receptionist said she wasn't sure about early check-in. She just forgot. the call never came.

satisfactory stay.
metro station large bathroom easy access rude receptionist rough sheets poor soundproofing
the hotel is near the metro. it is also not far from the main train station. i could safely walk to the duomo in about 20 minutes. the bathroom was large.
the receptionists seemed rude. i got no information about the hotel at check-in. the sheets felt rough and caused itching. the windows did not block outside noise well.

superb breakfast clean hotel attentive staff little furniture loud tram expensive room service
The breakfast was superb!!! i loved the variety. the hotel is also new and very clean, i felt very comfortable. the staff were friendly.
the room had little furniture, a bit inconvenient. the location is right next to a tram, so it was loud at times. also, the room service was too expensive for what was offered.
