the hotel is very close to the train station i found this location helpful for my day trips the room included a very comfortable bed i also found the hotel facilities to be great value for money. the staff were very friendly they provided helpful service throughout my stay.
i got only one key to the room it was a simple key not a magnetic card i found this inconvenient the hotel should consider providing magnetic cards to all guests.

the reception staff was friendly they always said morning and asked if i wanted anything the breakfast staff were also lovely and provided great service during breakfast hours. the cleaning staff kept everything tidy and clean.

the room was a good size for a city hotel the bed was comfortable there was a big bathroom included it had plenty of space the cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

The hotel is located directly across from the main train station. Staff were wonderfully helpful with our luggage. The breakfast choices were also excellent. I appreciated the pleasant staff and smooth check-in process.

The room felt quite dated. the furniture seemed old, and there were some signs of wear and tear (nothing too major). i also found the staff a bit unhelpful when i asked about the air conditioning. They said it would be fixed the next day, but i was checking out then. i thought it would be addressed before that, disappointing.
