I found some things frustrating. the room keys failed. Reception had to reprogram them. there was no extra lock on the inside. someone opened our door with a key while we were inside. The reception dismissed it without confirming it was housekeeping. this lack of care.

The location was convenient for transportation. It was a short walk to the main train station. The staff members were kind and helpful (i appreciated that). The room was clean and shops were nearby.

The reception staff showed such kindness, dario and allyson greeted me so warmly. i received a sweet pasta gift when i checked out, a sweet gesture i wont ever forget. the location seemed like a dream. It was just minutes away from the central station.

the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work. the room felt hot, like a tropical summer. this made sleeping a bit difficult for me.

my room felt clean, and it had plenty of space. it featured all the amenities i required , so there wasn't any reason to be concerned. the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety. I found many options to try. coffee service could be improved. You need to ask specifically for good coffee. the buffet coffee proved nasty for me. So, i avoided it.
