no coffee machine
The room was a bit rough around the edges, i must say. the air conditioning was switched off for the season. there also wasn't a coffee machine in the room... what a letdown.

The location was central! It was a short walk to many main attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They assisted with luggage storage. I enjoyed the complimentary aperitivo hour. The bar men offered great restaurant recommendations.
The air conditioning was turned off for the season.

the staff assisted me with directions and taxi services readily. breakfast offered fresh fruit options yogurt and various breads which was great. i found the location ideal with easy access to the duomo and porta garibaldi train station so getting around was straightforward.
i occasionally heard chairs moving in nearby rooms and hallway conversations so the sound insulation could be improved.

the hotel is situated very close to main city attractions including the duomo with many easily reachable on foot. a pharmacy and subway station are also within easy reach providing further convenience. the immediate area felt safe for walking day and night.

I found the location to be perfect. I walked easily to the main attractions. the staff were very efficient and helpful. my room was particularly large, and i found it very quiet. happy hour included a complimentary first drink. I appreciated the bartender's help.

An Okay Stay

I stayed in the Superior Double Room. It was smartly furnished with a super comfy bed. The bar was excellent, and it came with a complimentary glass of wine. The gym was fairly basic but clean with maintained equipment.
I heard constantly moving chairs in other rooms. I also heard people speaking in corridors, annoying. There was a lack of ventilation and high humidity after I showered. The floors were cold since there weren't carpets.
