the room was very clean. a tour bus stop was in front of the building. the staff were friendly and willing.

there was no coffee machine in the room , and the breakfast coffee machine made weak cappuccino.

I found the staff quite helpful and friendly. the room was modern with ample space. i particularly appreciated the proximity to the train station. It simplified my travel plans considerably.

the television in the room seemed quite outdated.

The staff were helpful and professional in every interaction i had. they assisted with directions, luggage storage and promptly addressed my inquiries. Their attentiveness greatly contributed to a smooth and easy stay. they are very efficient.
