The location was convenient to the train station. It was about a ten-minute walk. the staff was gracious. They were also helpful with directions.

I found the room service menu hard to find, and when i called, no one explained it well. also, the rooms felt small. There was not enough space for two bags.

the staff at the front desk was always ready to help. they swiftly addressed my inquiries and provided useful information about local transportation and attractions. the location was really convenient too, being so close to the train station made it easy to travel to different parts of the country.

i found that the walls were rather thin, and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms. this was particularly noticeable late at night and early in the morning. the spa access incurred an additional charge, which i felt was steep considering the room rate.

The spa situation was a bit odd. They wanted extra money for access! i found that rather cheeky considering the room rate i paid. also, trying to get a dinner reservation at the rooftop bar reminded me of pulling teeth, it was constantly "fully booked," even when it looked half-empty.
