Acceptable stay with a sea view

The staff was friendly. I received a seaview room. It was nice to wake up to the view. The bed was also comfy and I had no trouble sleeping (this is very important to me!).
The hotel looked run down on the outside. The plaster was coming off walls directly onto pillows. I saw pieces of wall missing. These things need to be fixed.
