Alan and Dean are great hosts. They offer friendly service, like a home from home. I found the rooms comfortable, that guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfasts are perfect. I noticed lots of choices and a great full English option.

The en suite was smallish, though it was very clean.

Hosts attended to every need from check-in to departure. Alan and Dean organized a buffet for New Year's, that was a lovely touch. They also took us to local bars and were great at socializing with everyone.

The room had dressing gowns, a nice luxurious touch. The bed was very comfy guaranteeing a good night's rest. The place was clean all round and the breakfast had endless choices.

the cosy room was close to the north train station it made travel easy. breakfast included many options like fresh fruit and cereals. the hosts were very friendly and helpful from check-in to departure.

the bathroom was very small it lacked space and felt cramped i found this inconvenient

Alan and dean were very friendly, i really appreciated that. the breakfast was filling. It had fresh fruit. the location was also convenient, it was close to transportation services.

The bedroom door didn't lock properly. This was a big concern for me. the shower was not very clean, and i noticed the kettle wasn't clean either. i had to take my belongings with me, this was quite inconvenient.
