"Can't fault this little hotel at all staff so kind and caring and able to have a laugh with not long after making my booking I reserved a phone call asking about my arrival time and when I had completed my stay another one to confirm I've had a good stay and didn't have any problems or anything I wanted to address I paid £29 one night and I have say its value for money they have a massive open space in there respsion area with table tennis I did suggest with all that space maybe a little pop up bar at the back another good way make money and to make the property more appealing to future customers was really happy and would stay here again."

surprisingly good value stay

i thought the staff was helpful. a man at the reception helped me change my dates. the tv and wifi worked perfectly . the bed was clean and comfy!!!

The outside of the hotel looks a little run-down. It could use some tlc.

This hotel is situated conveniently near south pier. It's just a quick five-minute walk. the central location makes it easy to access attractions. it really suited my plans.

I had tea and coffee in my room. i did not use this facility. the hotel is undergoing some painting, i noticed a strong smell of gloss paint. I thought they were doing improvements.

underwhelming stay, some issues needing attention

cold waterdirty carpets

the shower only gave me cold water, really annoying first thing in the morning. plus, the tv didn't work at all, so i couldn't even watch the news. the carpets looked pretty dirty and some stains were visible. i also thought the room was quite small, i felt cramped.
