"Can't fault this little hotel at all staff so kind and caring and able to have a laugh with not long after making my booking I reserved a phone call asking about my arrival time and when I had completed my stay another one to confirm I've had a good stay and didn't have any problems or anything I wanted to address I paid £29 one night and I have say its value for money they have a massive open space in there respsion area with table tennis I did suggest with all that space maybe a little pop up bar at the back another good way make money and to make the property more appealing to future customers was really happy and would stay here again."

mixed feelings about this stay

uncomfortable bed small shower

the bed was quite uncomfortable (i had expected more). i struggled to get a good night's sleep, and woke up each morning in a bit of pain. also, while the room was generally clean, i did spot a few black hairs in the bathroom. the shower was also rather small and awkward to use.

The staff was great and easy to talk to.

The shower was not clean. I saw someone's black hairs in a clump on the shower tray. Residue of shampoo was still on the glass. There was no hot water in the shower (it was stone cold).

staff helped me with my bags to the room. my room included fresh towels and toiletries which i appreciate. there was a television with cable channels, a kettle and coffee. i felt secure with the room's key card access.

The hallways need better lighting. It was a bit dim getting to my room.

the staff were real friendly and efficient. i found the communication was good when i requested a lower level room. a young man gave a great greeting and provided excellent service at check-in. the owner was lovely and funny too.

i thought the staff was helpful. a man at the reception helped me change my dates. the tv and wifi worked perfectly . the bed was clean and comfy!!!

underwhelming stay, some issues needing attention

cold water dirty carpets

the shower only gave me cold water, really annoying first thing in the morning. plus, the tv didn't work at all, so i couldn't even watch the news. the carpets looked pretty dirty and some stains were visible. i also thought the room was quite small, i felt cramped.
