I found the staff cute and helpful. Even though it was a busy weekend, they smiled. breakfast seemed a great value, and bar prices were cheaper than some pubs. the hotel provided good entertainment all three nights i stayed. i would definitely return because of the great service!

the photos online didn't fully represent the rooms, so i was slightly surprised.

The hotel is right at the back of winter gardens. It's near everything. the car park is directly in front of the hotel! i paid less than £30 for three nights, very convenient.

Rooms are clean, and the sheets are fresh, like they just came from the washing line. the bathrooms seemed freshly bleached, giving a pristine impression. I appreciated this attention to detail.

There was entertainment on saturday night. A fantastic duo provided music. the staff even put out free food, like sandwiches and wraps. This was a nice surprise for all the guests.

convenient car park friendly staff

The car park directly in front of the place was super convenient, costing less than £30 for three nights. That was a steal! The staff are cute, friendly, and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist, even during the busy New Year's weekend, I loved that.

The room windows had some mould. It was a minor issue.

the hotel was close to the opera house so it was easy for me to attend my event nearby the hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby restaurants and the seafront i also appreciated that the hotel was located near pubs making it easy to find places for an evening drink

fantastic stay near the tower!

attentive staff soft pillows

my husband and i recently enjoyed a good stay. the staff were attentive, consistently offering us snacks from the bar, like pizza and jacket potatoes. the beds were very comfortable, much like home, with soft pillows ensuring good sleep.

during check-in, we discovered that our room lacked central heating. we received a blow heater instead (it was a temporary fix). the bathroom was quite small, barely accommodating a sink, and unfortunately, there was no hot water the following morning.

Wonderful Stay Close to Winter Gardens

perfect location convenient car park good breakfast

The location was perfect. It's right at the back of Winter Gardens. The car park was conveniently located directly in front of the hotel and the cost was less than £30 for 3 nights (a real bonus). The breakfast was good value for money, and I appreciated that I could get my own tea and coffee.

The entertainment on Saturday evening was quite loud. It kept me awake until midnight.
