fantastic stay!

large roomsea viewfresh towelsnew year entertainment
i found the large family room with a sea view very spacious. parking cost £10 per night, but i could park at 11 am on the check-in day and check in later. the room was clean and had fresh towels and bedding. new year's eve entertainment was AMAZING!!!
the self-service tea went cold quickly, a bit inconvenient.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues noted

loud entertainmentbathroom flies
I found a couple of things disappointing. the noise was definitely an issue, especially since i was on the third floor. I could hear the entertainment very clearly, so it was hard to relax. also, there were many flies in the bathroom, which i did not like. it just wasn't clean enough for me.

my room included a sea view. it was spacious and clean. the bar was lovely and i enjoyed the singer on saturday night.
i was not happy about the sofa bed. it was broken and the staff did not offer a change of room. there was a draft coming through the window and a whistling noise all night.
