i found a clean and spacious room . the separate toilet and shower was a nice design. i liked the keyless door entry using just a code. it saved me the worry of losing a key. the location was also handy with tram stops close by.

the window felt not sealed properly so i felt a small draft.

friendly staff advantageous location large room convenient security

I found the staff accommodating and friendly, they seemed genuinely happy to help. the location was advantageous, very close to the sea front, this made exploring the area quite easy. i also appreciated the large room size. It provided ample space to relax and unwind. the fact the rooms had codes instead of keys added an extra layer of security and convenience, which i valued.

i found that there was no housekeeping , a slight inconvenience

The location proved advantageous for attending an event at the Winter Gardens.

Upon closer inspection, the room exhibited several deficiencies. The french doors were jammed shut and a towel was used to block drafts (clearly known beforehand). The television could not initially access live channels, requiring staff intervention to connect to an internet account.

The location was perfect! and it gave us easy access to attractions. Staff were very cute. They showed a deep knowledge of local transport. The rooftop views were amazing, I really liked the fair bar tariff. The check-in was very easy too!

the room included a microwave and a fridge, very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the bedding.

the noise from other guests late at night was disruptive and affected my sleep quality.

Fantastic Refurbished Room

The room was completely refurbished and looked great. There were two king size beds and a double sofa bed ,perfect for our family. We enjoyed having a full size fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. The shower was big ,easily accommodating two people ,and there were even two separate toilets.

I noticed just a small area where the paint was slightly chipped, not major at all though.

The staff were very cute and helpful throughout our stay. They promptly addressed our questions and provided excellent assistance with directions. I really appreciated the quick and friendly service at reception.

The bar area offered a good variation of drinks on draught ,which I appreciated. I observed that the breakfast service included options like toast and cooked items. The dining area looked well kept ,and the staff kept it very clean.

The hotel provides Netflix in the rooms ,which is a modern touch. I also saw that an iron and ironing board were available. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided as extra conveniences ,I thought that was amazing.
