central location helpful staff good breakfast

the hotel location was very near central. the staff was great and helpful with everything i needed. breakfast was really good each morning, filling me up for the day.

the radiator in my room was not turned on until late, and i felt a chill during the first hours. i wish it could be warmer earlier.

the hotel is just back from the seafront, it is only a few minutes walk. reaching central pier was easy, the position is quite strategic for visiting different places in the city.

friendly staff full english breakfast

The staff were friendly. I was shown to a cosy room that was ideal for my holiday. The full English breakfast was so good (especially the selection of food!), and tea or coffee was offered too.

attentive staff varied selection private parking

the staff was great . breakfast service was prompt and the selection was varied. i especially appreciated the private parking it made arrival and departure easy.

the decor in some areas felt a little dated it could benefit from updating.

my double room included a modern tv with multiple channels and free fast wifi. the room also featured ample storage space with a large wardrobe and several drawers. i found the bed was very comfortable.

the staff were friendly and helpful which was appreciated

the room i had was quite small the shower room was especially tiny this made it difficult to move around comfortably also the furniture seemed dated it could use an update to improve the overall feel of the room

attentive staff excellent breakfast clean room

The staff were attentive and kind. The breakfast was excellent (I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked sausage and bacon!). I found the room very clean upon arrival.

The hotel had narrow stairs, made navigation with luggage slightly challenging.
