The staff were so kind and helpful, especially in the restaurant. keith was very attentive, and nothing was too much trouble for him, i liked that. the food offered a great variety, especially considering the affordable price. I tried the shepherd's pie. It was delicious.

the walls seemed a bit thin, i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

I found the location convenient, directly across from the tram stop, it made getting around easy. The cleanliness was really good. our twin room on the second floor was immaculate and well-equipped. fresh towels were provided every day, a nice touch.

the reception staff seemed a bit miserable, i expected a warmer welcome.

The staff seemed very helpful and professional. the bar staff, nick and michael, provided great service. They made the evenings enjoyable with their efficiency. everyone i encountered worked hard to ensure my stay was relaxed.
