My room was clean. I got clean towels and bedding. The toilet in the hall was spacious and had a nice heated seat. The toilet was always clean.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear everything! The door card deactivated early at 9:45. Check-out was at 10:30. I had to wait to get back into my room. The beds had strange domed mattresses. The sheets did not fit well.

The front of the hotel looks pleasing to the eye. It's very modern. key cards are needed to access the hotel after a certain time. the room i stayed in was lovely and clean, well lit, and had a modern wet room!!!

The bar offered great views of the Irish Sea. It was open until 11pm. A vending machine provided items guests may have forgotten. A microwave was available downstairs for guest use.

The bathroom floor had some debris stuck to it. I could tell it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bath also looked dirty and the spa function seemed to pump out dirt.

Really good Value Getaway!

perfect location family room public transport

The hotel is located perfectly on the beach promenade (it's so convenient!). We accessed public transport with ease and found it perfect for exploring the area. I also enjoyed a family room (perfect for our needs!).

The floor under the beds was not completely clean, I will note.

The hotel's location on the seafront was convenient. The bar area offered a vending machine stocked with useful items such as toothpaste. I received a free upgrade to an apartment. It was a pleasant surprise.

The room was not cleaned properly. Cleaning products were left for us to clean our room. We stayed four nights. No one cleaned or changed our bedding. I was told that room cleaning had to be booked in advance.
