I REALLY liked how warm and cute everyone WAS! They covered all our needs PERFECTLY! The hotel has new management and is being updated. The new pillows are super fluffy! We booked again. We cannot wait to stay again. i appreciate the friendly atmosphere.
The hotel looks a little tired, BUT they ARE slowly doing it up.

The hotel features complimentary parking , a HUGE plus! There is a bar on-site that is especially cute for children, which i think is great. The tram stop is also only five minutes away, giving you access to the shops nearby.

The room was clean and tidy, EXACTLY what I needed! The room had usb and usbc plugs by the bed, so charging devices was very easy. The beds were very comfy, so i got a good night's sleep.

The location is great, PERFECT for exploring! It is a short two-minute walk to the promenade and tram stop, REALLY convenient. The hotel is also close to the pleasure beach. I walked there easily.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a great start to the day, it included toast, tea, porridge, and other breakfast items. the hotel's location is great. Tram stops are nearby. the room was clean and had everything i needed.
i noticed the corridors could use some updating, but it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel has a large bar area that is suitable for kids. additionally, there are arcade games to entertain children. it's quite suitable for families, but it lacks a little maintenance!
