surprisingly good stay

spacious room super clean surface great service

the double room was quite spacious. it had super clean surfaces and plenty of room for luggage. i found the restaurant team offered great service and the food was lovely. the team never seemed bothered by any requests at our table.

the pillows were quite lumpy though, i didn't sleep very well.

The location is central, with many attractions within walking distance. Staff provided prompt assistance. The room had a good shower. I found the desk service to be helpful, especially with late arrivals.

I really liked how clean my room was! the cleaning staff did such a great job. also, the staff at reception were super helpful. They answered all my questions! the entertainment provided in the hotel was good. i really enjoyed my visit.

The lifts were a bit slow. sometimes there was quite a wait for them. I chose to use the stairs.

the location was perfect, i liked that. the staff were very helpful, responding quickly to requests. the place felt lovely and clean overall.

Our room was a bit small, i thought. the shower was particularly compact. My dad could not get in easily. smooth radio played loudly from 8 am, and nothing could be done about it.

the staff are friendly, always ready with a smile. the breakfast was lovely. the hotel's central position made it easy to reach all main attractions. i especially liked the big room size.
