the tv did not work. there was also no internet available. this was not ideal.

the staff was really nice and helpful. the room was very clean and newly refurbished. the bathroom had a good finish with a modern design, and the shower was excellent. electric towel radiator was helpful for drying clothes.

The stairs looked like they hadn't been hoovered recently. It had many steps.
