I found the staff to be cute. They promptly addressed my queries. the hotel provides a spacious bar area. the location is quite convenient, i found it to be an easy walk to the promenade and the tower. there was live music, a feature i found very enjoyable.
the hallway to my room had a slight unpleasant odour.

the room included fresh bedding and clean towels, i appreciated that. tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room. the bed was comfortable, i found it suitable for a restful night.

The room was very clean and i liked fresh bedding. There were tea and coffee facilities provided, i used them for a morning cuppa. Staff members was friendly and very helpful, i ask them about good restaurants. This hotel is in the center of town, i found that handy for coming back after drinks.
The decor are a bit tired, i think.

This hotel are close to amenities and transport. The railway station is short distance, nice. You can walk to many local shops and cafes from this central place.

The breakfast included a good choice of cereals and toast. There were also hot options available, like bacon and eggs. I thought dining room was clean and well-organized.
