unexpectedly pleasant stay
really good familyhigh hospitalityfriendly receptionistlovely atmosphere
the family managed the hotel well. claire checked if i arrived home safely. the level of hospitality blew my mind and i felt welcomed. the receptionist david was superb he was friendly and helpful.
the tv remote was not working correctly it needed replacement.

the hotel is near the train station and local arcades it is also close to the tower. the location is convenient for accessing transportation and entertainment venues. i found it easy to get around.

the heating worked well i had the option to adjust the temperature as needed. hot water was available for showers. the staff provided quick responses to my requests.

my room had fresh sheets and towels. the rooms are cleaned every day which i think is great. i found the bedding and towels were clean. the room was quiet and relaxing.
