totally awesome stay!

perfect location modern bathroom sweetheart staff
i loved how close everything was! the location is perfect. the bathroom was super modern in my room. the staff were total sweethearts. everything was just fantastic, i cannot wait to come back.
the noise from the faulty window in my room was a bummer. it made the room chilly and noisy all night. i messaged about it but didn't get a reply, so that was a bit annoying. i hope they fix it soon.

great location amazing decor tea facilities digital key missing drawers unprofessional welcome
The location was GREAT. It was super close to the beach. The room decor was AMAZING, with good sized rooms. I found the tea and coffee facilities really handy.
The digital key on my door was temperamental. I had to scan it multiple times to unlock the door, a bit annoying. My room lacked drawers. I had to keep some belongings on the windowsill. The welcome wasn't very professional.

Average Stay with Room Issues

faulty window no reply
I stayed in a room with a sign indicating a faulty window. It wasn't fully shut. This made the room very noisy and cold ALL night. The curtains were blowing around due to the draft. I messaged the staff but got no reply. I felt that room should not have been sold until it was fixed.
