I found the location very convenient. It allowed easy access to the Pleasure Beach, just a short walk away. The family room size was good. It provided enough space for my group. The hotel's proximity to a tram stop was useful. It made traveling along the promenade simple.

The hallways was somewhat worn. A refurbishment would greatly improve the overall impression.

the receptionist was quite helpful and friendly (i really appreciated that). the room had a comfortable bed and was clean. it was very close to the beach too.

I found that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, nor was there a hand towel. the shower's water pressure was not very good. also, the walls seemed thin. I could hear other guests talking.
