the location is great for accessing the shops and the tower! the room was basic but clean, so i would book it again. simon noticed my mobility issues and immediately changed our room, which i found very helpful and kind. the bed was comfortable.
the room faced a brick wall, so the view wasn't great!

The staff were helpful. The staff communicated with me using sign language. That was AMAZING!!! The room had two comfortable single beds. It included a wardrobe.
I found the hallway uneven. My room was very cold. The taps spurt water everywhere. It made showering difficult.
