the room was really clean when we arrived i loved it. if you need a comfortable place for a quick trip this hotel works. we had a family room it was super great i couldn't ask for more.

the floors were quite thin my children were running around it was a bit noisy i'm sorry.

the staff helped us with our bags when we arrived that was very kind. they were on site during the day and very lovely really helpful with everything we needed and asked for I appreciate it.

there's a bar in the hotel which is nice i think. we stored our things in the bar area when we went out to the central peer. vending machines offer quick snacks and drinks to hotel guests i found it good.

the room had tea coffee and sugar for us which was wonderful. there was also an extra blanket for when i got cold. the tv in the room kept us entertained with great channels I enjoyed it.

the hotel features a pool table and some arcade machines for amusement. this hotel has heavy weight fire doors plus good stern door locks. these features provided extra security for our children I felt safe.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the room seemed good for the price paid. i appreciated netflix access on the tv. a bar with games was available, including a pool table.

the room showed wear and tear. bed sheets had cigarette burns. the shower was unusable with no stand and water temperatures fluctuated.

i found the staff attentive they helped with local directions. i saw several arcade games that were quite entertaining. the check-in was indeed quick i didn't spend long at reception.

the wifi signal was weak in our room it was sometimes challenging to connect.

the family room included modern furniture there were multiple clean stairways i noticed up-to-date bathroom fixtures that added a touch of style there were clean hallways too i think the family room was a nice space.

the hotel location allowed easy access to various attractions there were short walking distances to key sites the hotel was close to the central pier but situated away from the main thoroughfare which reduced the noise the location was very convenient.

i liked the accessibility to coral island. the location is quite advantageous. it is close to attractions. the hotel offered good value.

the hotel could use a more thorough cleaning, especially in the bathrooms. the rooms seemed tiny. there was not enough space with two children.

Surprisingly Nice Stay

The room was spacious. It included a divided section for kids. This allowed for relaxation in a separate area (which I really needed). Plenty of coffee, tea, and sugar were available. Clean cups were also provided in the room.

I tried to connect to the advertised free Wi-Fi, but it did not work at all from the room. It was quite inconvenient.
