i had to pay to park. i was not given clear directions to the garage. i ended up downloading a parking app and paying. my key card did not work at first.

I found THE staff helpful. They assisted me greatly with early check-in, which I needed because of my aching joints. THE location was very convenient, and I walked to many shops and restaurants. The bar had strong coffee, and the food tasted very nice.

the staff were friendly and helpful . the location suited my travel needs well. the pasta i ordered in the pub downstairs was quite tasty.
my room felt smaller than expected for the price i paid. noise from outside including extractor fans impacted my stay when the windows were open. i also noted that breakfast was not included which was a bit disappointing.
