noisy streethard bed

the room was quite warm there was no air conditioning installed it became stuffy especially at night i had to leave the windows open to get some air however the street below was busy it was noisy until late at night some fans would have helped a lot. also, i found the bed too firm for my liking it was hard to get comfortable and i didn't sleep well i'd hoped for something softer. i was a little disappointed overall.

The staff allowed us to check in early. this was especially kind because we were jet-lagged after our flight landed. the two bedroom unit included a living room, a kitchen, a dining area and a balcony. It felt spacious and cozy. i appreciated the washer, dryer and ironing equipment as it made laundry easy.

Accessibility posed a problem. There were steps up to reception and in the courtyard. the only step-free access was via a steep car park ramp. it was quite difficult to manage with a wheelchair.

The hotel is close to supermarkets. Lidl, spar and tesco are less than 10 minutes walk away. some cafes are on thomas street, very close to the building. the city center and famous temple bar area are only about 10-15 minutes walk.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us an early check-in after a long journey. reception had tea, coffee and milk. It was easy to get more if needed! the staff's kindness really stood out!

the apartment was recently refurbished and clean! beds WERE so comfy. the staff was really good! they were so lovely. they provided umbrellas to help with rainy weather. it WORKS very well.

i didn't like there was NO air conditioning, so it was uncomfortably warm even if it was not hot outside.

This location IS good near temple bar. many attractions ARE close. the hotel IS close to many attractions, AND everything we needed was available. the location was great. The bus stop for the airport IS very near.
