great view friendly staff helpful staff amplified music loud music missing drawers

I had a room with a balcony. It was on the third floor. the view of the river was a treat. the staff was friendly and happy to help with questions.

The music from the bar downstairs was loud. amplified music was across the street. The noise was hard to ignore. i did not like that there were zero drawers in the room.

The reception staff were very helpful . The hotel room was clean and well supplied with items , such as shower gel and soap. Fresh towels were provided daily.

The noise level late at night was high. This made sleep difficult until the early morning hours. It may be helpful to consider earplugs for a peaceful night.

unacceptable noise level broken window handles

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had good facilities for the price.

I found the noise level unacceptable. Music from nearby bars continued past midnight. The window handles were broken, I could not close them properly.
