gorgeous decorhelpful staffexcellent foodgreat views
the room design included a toto washlet and a dyson hair dryer. the fixtures and fittings was to be of excellent quality. the minibar had the best accessories i have ever seen. the ground floor had a cute reception area and a lovely bar.
i noticed a slightly unpleasant drain smell in the lobby, but it was minor

mixed feelings about this stay

cramped roomfaulty air conditioning
My room felt quite cramped. I couldn't fully open my suitcase without putting it on the bed. storage was minimal. There were only a couple of hangers and hardly any space to hang clothes. the space beside the bed was too narrow. also, i found that the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

The atmosphere was excellent. the decor was exquisite and very stylish! the staff were lovely and always helpful. the rooftop restaurant was beautiful. I enjoyed the view.
the robes and slippers in my room weren't nice quality, they felt quite thin. there was no concierge available to bring bags up or down to the room, inconvenient. the room was very small for a five-star hotel.
