really good stay
gorgeous decor helpful staff excellent food great views
the room design included a toto washlet and a dyson hair dryer. the fixtures and fittings looked to be of excellent quality. the minibar had the best accessories i have ever seen. the ground floor had a cute reception area and a lovely bar.
i noticed a slightly unpleasant drain smell in the lobby, but it was minor

the restaurant on the fifth floor featured both inside and outside dining. breakfasts at the restaurant included a delicious, original menu that had a lot of options. the food was really good, and the menu had lots of variety.

The hotel decor seemed new and well maintained. the staff were very attentive. the hotel location provided a quiet atmosphere while still being fairly close to key attractions. Museums were nearby, and the city center was within walking distance.

mixed feelings about this stay
cramped room faulty air conditioning
My room felt quite cramped. I couldn't fully open my suitcase without putting it on the bed. storage was minimal. There were only a couple of hangers and hardly any space to hang clothes. the space beside the bed was too narrow. also, i found that the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

great atmosphere exquisite decor beautiful restaurant
The atmosphere was excellent. the decor was exquisite and very stylish! the staff were lovely and always helpful. the rooftop restaurant was beautiful. I enjoyed the view.
the robes and slippers in my room weren't nice quality, they felt quite thin. there was no concierge available to bring bags up or down to the room, inconvenient. the room was very small for a five-star hotel.

rooftop restaurant good view friendly staff small king room misleading photograph early closure
i was grateful for the rooftop restaurant. the views were good. breakfast had very good service. staff especially food and bev staff are friendly, i liked that.
the standard king room was small. the photograph did not look like the room i received. the bar closed early for a function which was disappointing.

divine interiors quiet location friendly staff
the interiors felt divine and luxurious throughout the hotel. the location is amazing it is quiet but central. the rooftop restaurant has a special feel and overlooks the city. i found the staff very friendly and accommodating attending to every request promptly.
i found that the minibar lacked pricing information for the items available. it was unclear if certain items were complimentary or charged. the absence of clear pricing made it difficult to know what to expect on the final bill.

superb decoration easy access
The restaurants decoration was superb and room beds very comfortable. The exercise room has adequate equipment. I enjoyed the park located next block and also the easy access to shops. it was lovely.

The hotel restaurant provides excellent food and wonderful staff. The restaurant upstairs served a very nice meal. The breakfast choice seemed good and reasonably priced. Dinner at the fifth floor restaurant was also on a very high level.
