The staff were very helpful when my flight got cancelled. They accommodated the sudden change. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, and it was close to shops and amenities.

The room felt cold and damp. THE sheets on the bed felt old.

The restaurant offered delicious food. I had both the beef and salmon. The chef did a great job. The location was also super. I found the short walk to the bus and train stops convenient for getting to the airport. The hotel is in a quiet residential area. Tea and coffee facilities with a kettle were available in my room.

My room's decor seemed tired. The paintwork looked poor. I noticed that the paint was loosely splashed on the walls. The room felt a little small. Parking was only available on the street in a 'Pay & Display' area. The TV screen was the size of a laptop screen.

The staff carried my bag to my room. the full bar and restaurant in the basement offered dinners and drinks. The staff were attentive. i felt comfortable .
