lovely staff new year's eve buffet great hosts

The staff really welcomed us and were accommodating! there was a buffet on for everyone. It. the hosts were lovely. the little buffet was great fun!

The room i stayed in felt slightly cold. It would have been nice if it was warmer.

The staff were polite. the room was bright and clean! though the bed was comfortable. the toilet and walk in shower room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was excellent served with a smile. the swimming pool was a big plus and a great way to freshen up before going out

lovely and clean stay

lovely addition stocked bar fresh breakfast

the swimming pool was a great addition, the girls loved it. the bar was spacious and well stocked with various drinks. i found the place to be lovely and clean (the cleanliness was very noticeable). the breakfast was cooked fresh and hot, just how i like it.

the shower had no pressure at all. the shower door was held shut with kitchen tongs, a bit unusual. i also noticed a hole in the floor under the carpet by the bed. the tv was very small.

breakfast included a selection of cereals, fruit juices, and a full english breakfast. the dining area features ample seating, accommodating many guests at once. the hotel also offers a bar with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (i recommend trying the local beers).

the owners were very friendly and always asked if everything was okay. they offered assistance with carrying suitcases to the rooms. the staff helped guests with directions and local recommendations, providing maps and information.

nice location friendly staff swimming pool small bathroom squeaky bunkbeds difficult parking

the location was quite nice, being close to the seafront. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the swimming pool was a real bonus, and i used it every day.

The bathroom was quite small in my family room. the bunkbeds really squeaked whenever anyone moved, i noticed that right away. parking was not straightforward. My car wouldn't fit down the alley, and i had to park far away and pay extra.
