Bare Bones, but Expected.

thin walls black mold

The location was indeed close to the south pier.

The walls were REALLY thin. I heard everything from the neighboring room. Some loud guests made sleep IMPOSSIBLE. the bathroom had black mold in the shower.

the staff was really helpful, they gave clear instructions. the location was very close to the seafront and amenities. tea and coffee were well stocked in the room.

the hotel is a bit old, though it has charm.

pleasant stay near the fair

family room quick service ground floor

the owner quickly took our bags after we arrived i booked two double rooms and the owner offered us the family room instead this family room had an adjoining space for the kids to sleep in the hotel has a games room on the ground floor where we played pool and listened to music.

the double room i originally booked felt a bit small.

the hotel is near the fair sandcastle and amusements these locations were easily accessible i found many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel ensuring convenience .

clean room tidy room great size friendly owner

i have visited here more than once. i find it is always clean and tidy. the room felt a good size for me. it also felt nice and temperate. the owner were friendly and lovely. the hotel close to pleasure beach. i greatly recommend this place.

the bathroom was slightly cramped. the toilet paper felt very thin to me. the bathroom sink was also a bit small.

seaside serenity

friendly couple clean room

I felt at home. a very friendly couple greeted me, and they showed me my room. the room was super clean and cozy. The price was good for the value i get. i'd definitely recommend this hotel as a budget option.

i could hear everything from the next room. a noisy couple was there and the walls felt very thin. i could not sleep all night because of the noise.

a cozy stay near the sea

superb location comfy bed friendly man nice experience

the hotel's location was superb because it was right next to the sea. the double bed in my room were super comfy and i slept soundly. especially the friendly man. it was a very nice experience overall and i would return again.

the room had just a few ants near the coffee supplies when i first arrived, but it was taken care of quickly.

while i did not eat at the hotel, many local bus shops and places to eat were within easy walking distance. this provided numerous convenient options for meals and snacks throughout my stay. i liked that.
