The staff was great. Their dedication stood out. The location was great, and free parking was a real advantage. The heating in February was good. It kept the room very comfortable. I found the atmosphere to be good and prices for food seemed reasonable.
The bedding quality could be improved. It felt a little cheap.

The food was good, especially the steak. staff are so friendly. i found the building beautiful and the atmosphere inviting. the live music added a lively feel. I definitely enjoyed it.
the radiator in my room wasn't working, and i had to use an electric heater.

the building has character and a historic feel. the staff were friendly and provided breakfast sandwiches early. the room was very super clean and cozy with a good bed.
i noticed the carpet was slightly grubby and could benefit from improved hygiene. shampoo was not provided so i had to buy one. the bedding could have been of higher quality.
