The location was convenient! Free parking directly outside was such a HUGE plus. The provided breakfast gave me plenty of energy for exploring! I found the self check-in process very simple and easy.

The room was slightly dated, with some minor wear and tear. Just a little cosmetic stuff really, nothing major at all.

The team had amazing communication, and obtaining keys for access was easy. The lady in the cafe was really helpful! I really felt welcome and at ease .

the bed was mega comfy, it reminded me of sleeping on a cloud. i really liked the walk in shower, it was super easy to use. accessing the hotel was simple, and i thought it was a great location.

the room lights were not the best.

The staff reconfigured the beds for us. I was very grateful. they also allowed us to leave our bags while we attended our granddaughter's graduation. It was convenient.

There was no personal greeting upon arrival, which i found unusual. also, the digital lock to the room required a new battery. I had some trouble getting in. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable. breakfast details were unclear.
