thorough housekeeping helpful manager

The housekeeping service was very thorough. Mr tarik and mr asanka kept my room super clean. the manager mr santosh was helpful. i really appreciated their dedication.

the hotel is a bit old, and i noticed a slight stale smell in my room. i found it difficult to air the room out properly. the balcony door did not lock.

I found the location ideal for my business trip , with many shops nearby. i was searching for comfort , and the hotel exceeded my expectations. the reception staff were cute, and the room service was prompt. I appreciate the team kindly upgraded me to a larger one-bedroom apartment, it.

i noticed a very slight delay in response time for a minor request.
