lovely staff and clean room
helpful stafffree service
The staff was lovely and very helpful. I arrived quite late, and they assisted me with my bags all the way to my room. It was also nice that room service offered a complimentary cup of tea.

the staff was friendly. the room was clean and i found free toiletries. free tea and coffee was available in reception and i find it great.
i find a hidden deposit charge that wasn't mentioned until check in. the price of the room was expensive and it wasn't the standard of most hostels.
