Really good Stay Midtown

The staff was great. I got help with luggage storage and transport arrangements. The 27th-floor lounge has coffee and amazing skyline views. I enjoyed a very clean room with a comfortable bed.
The electronic plugins in the room seemed dated.

The room size was great, and it included drinking water and reusable bottles. This was super helpful. The bathroom offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturiser. I found the bed to be very comfortable.

The hotel is close to a major transportation hub. This offers great convenience. The area felt safe and was near many shops. I could easily walk to landmarks or take a subway.

i found the location very convenient near grand central terminal. the complimentary tea and coffee on the roof terrace was a good bonus with amazing views.
my main issue was the loud air conditioning unit , it was hard to sleep with it running at night. i also noticed there was no room service available despite my attempts to request it.

thin wallsinaccurate thermostat
i wasn't thrilled with the noise levels. it seemed like the walls were paper thin, and i could hear everything going on in the hallway and adjacent rooms. this. i also had some trouble with the temperature control in my room. the thermostat didn't seem to accurately reflect the actual temperature, and it was hard to get the room to a comfortable level. it was either too hot or too cold, which wasn't ideal.

Amazing Stay Close to Grand Central!

This hotel offers a "filtered chilled water" dispenser with bottles on every floor, super convenient. The beds are REALLY comfortable. I slept like a baby. I loved the sitting area with a table in the room. The 27th floor features a terrace with tables, chairs, a large lounge with workstations, and a great coffee maker that does cappuccino and latte.
I chose to pay at the hotel but the hotel tried to charge me two hours before arrival. I was flying and couldn't approve the payment.
